press l+r then open bag you should get 467 heart scales.
throw away the heart scales until you get to the number of the move that you want to teach. the move chart is on in the psylab. then hold L until you get to the tms/hms section. then let go. tm 17 will be that move.

well there is but its only in the pokedex, u dont acually get them...
